Our RTD temperature sensors with aluminium head are designed for accurate and reliable temperature measurement in industrial and process applications. The robust aluminium head provides a lightweight, durable enclosure for sensor wiring and terminal connections while supporting convenient installation and maintenance.
These sensors are available with Pt100, J, or K elements in simplex or duplex configurations. Depending on the sensing element, temperature ranges can be configured from -70 to 500°C, 0 to 600°C, or up to 1200°C. Probe diameters are available in 5, 6, 8, 10, and 12 mm, with probe lengths from 50 to 5000 mm.
Thread options include 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, and 3/4 inch BSP and NPT. Sheath materials include SS304, SS316, SS310, Inconel, and other materials selected according to application requirements.
