The Teflon RTD sensor and titanium sheath RTD sensor are designed for accurate and reliable temperature measurement in chemical industries and other applications involving corrosive or demanding environments. These sensors combine a Pt100 sensing element with specialised sheath materials selected for chemical resistance and long-term durability.
The sensor is available with Pt100 simplex or duplex configurations and supports a temperature range of -50 to 400°C. Probe lengths include 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 mm, while the head is manufactured from PVC plastic. The sensor provides Class A accuracy as per IEC 60751.
A Teflon sheath offers excellent resistance to many aggressive chemicals and corrosive process media, making the Teflon RTD sensor suitable for demanding chemical processing applications. A titanium sheath provides excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for chemical, marine, offshore, and other harsh environments.
