A flange sensor with an RTD element is designed for reliable temperature measurement in industrial processes where a secure flange-mounted connection is required. It can be installed directly onto a compatible process flange, providing stable positioning and dependable temperature monitoring.
Our industrial RTD temperature sensor is available with Pt100, J, or K elements in simplex or duplex configurations. Depending on the sensing element, temperature ranges can be configured from -70 to 500°C, 0 to 600°C, or up to 1200°C. Accuracy options include Class A or Class B as per IEC 60751.
Probe lengths are available in 50, 100, 150, 200, 300 mm, and other customised sizes. Flange sizes include 1″, 1.5″, 2″, and 2.5″, while sheath materials such as SS304, SS316, SS310, and Inconel can be selected according to application requirements.
