The spring loaded RTD sensor with a ceramic block is designed for accurate and reliable temperature measurement in industrial applications where the sensor is installed inside a thermowell or protection tube. The spring-loaded design maintains consistent contact between the sensing element and thermowell, supporting stable and repeatable temperature measurement.

This spring loaded RTD is available with Pt100 or K-type elements in simplex or duplex configurations. Temperature ranges include -50 to 500°C and up to 1200°C, depending on the selected element and construction. Probe diameters of 3, 6, and 8 mm are available, while probe lengths can be customised to suit the application.

The head connection uses M4 screws with a 33 mm PCD, providing secure installation. Sheath materials include SS316, SS310, and Inconel, offering excellent durability and resistance to high temperatures, corrosion, and demanding process conditions.

The ceramic block provides high-temperature stability and good thermal transfer, making the spring loaded RTD sensor suitable for chemical processing, power generation, oil and gas, manufacturing, and other industrial environments.
