The sanitary RTD sensor with a Tri-Clover connection is designed for accurate and hygienic temperature measurement in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, dairy, and other applications where cleanliness is essential. The Tri-Clover, also known as a Tri-Clamp connection, provides a secure and hygienic installation while allowing quick removal for cleaning and maintenance.
This sanitary RTD is available with a Pt100 simplex or duplex element and supports a temperature range of -70 to 500°C. Probe diameters of 6 and 8 mm are available, with probe lengths starting from 50 mm, including 100, 150, and 200 mm or customised lengths. Tri-Clover sizes include 1/2″, 1″, 1.5″, and 2″, while SS316 and SS316L sheath materials provide excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
