The Pt1000 Simplex Pencil Sensor is a compact and reliable temperature measurement solution designed for accurate monitoring in narrow spaces and demanding industrial applications. Its slim pencil-style construction allows easy insertion into pipes, equipment, machinery, and other locations where conventional sensors may be difficult to install.
This Pt1000 RTD temperature sensor is available with Pt100 or Pt1000 elements and operates across a temperature range of -70°C to 500°C. The pencil probe is offered with diameters from 3 mm to 12 mm and lengths from 20 mm to 500 mm, providing flexibility for different installation requirements.
The sensor can be supplied with SS braided, Teflon, or Fiberglass wire insulation, with wire lengths from 0.5 to 10 meters. Available 2-wire, 3-wire, and 4-wire configurations allow the sensor to be selected according to application and measurement requirements.
As a versatile simplex sensor, it contains a single sensing element for dependable temperature monitoring. The Pt1000 sensor provides a nominal resistance of 1000 ohms at 0°C and offers excellent stability and repeatability.
