The QRT Thermocouple is a high-performance temperature sensor designed for accurate temperature measurement in hard-to-reach locations and applications requiring flexible sensors with small diameters and low thermal inertia. The sensor incorporates an ungrounded junction design, where the thermocouple junction is electrically isolated from the sheath. This helps minimize signal interference caused by electrical noise, ensuring more stable and accurate temperature readings in demanding environments.
Manufactured with a durable Inconel sheath and highly compacted mineral-insulated metal sheath cable, the QRT Thermocouple provides excellent mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability. The flexible MI cable design allows the probe to be bent to a radius as small as 2.5 times the sheath diameter without affecting sensing performance or sheath integrity.
